Good afternoon, Jim: Ben and I wanted to connect with you regarding H/N HMBCs on the samples of ours you currently have. Sample #1: My sample (SMSID_28_E_1_D). We believe there is one ring with possibly 3 N's and 1-2 O's within the structure. Thus, I'd like to get an H/N HMBC. From what I understand, you will need the expected range of chemical shifts. Is that correct? If so, then we'd limit the window to the heteroaromatic region. Let me know if I need to specify a narrower range. Samples #2 & 3: Ben's samples. He needs an H/N HMBC to confirm the presence of an imidazole. This is for both of his samples. So in total, we are hoping to get a total of three H/N HMBCs for these three samples.
