Subject: 800 cryo time
Anil,
One of our instruments broke in the middle of a sample preparation, so we won't be able to make use of the cryo 800 instrument tomorrow and Tuesday. We were able to record some data with a different sample but have finished collecting data with that sample.
Kara from my group is scheduled to start later in the week. I'm going to talk with her to see if she could start a little earlier and will get back to you with an update later tomorrow. I'm reasonably sure she won't be able to use the time tomorrow or Tuesday.
